kevin-james-asks-nearly-$20-million-for-delray-beach-mansion

The actor and comedian Kevin James apparently was not captivated by Delray Beach, Florida, and has decided to put up for sale a mansion that he bought a year ago in the area.

James purchased the property in January of 2021 after paying $14 million dollars and now it has re-entered the real estate market at a cost of $19.95 million dollars.

This actor is recognized for having played Doug Heffernan in the series ‘The King of Queens’ and Paul Blart in the movie ‘Shopping Mall Hero’.

The house for sale has an extension of 11,100 square footage spread over six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, lobby, living room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, games room, wine cellar, elevator and other amenities.

This property is truly a beauty because of several of the design elements such as wrought iron columns, hardwood and porcelain tile floors, designer ceilings, custom moldings and wood paneling.

The kitchen is undoubtedly one of the most striking spaces in the house due to the white color of its cupboards, the high-end appliances and the two marble central islands, also white.

The master bedroom has an impressive private bathroom with a state-of-the-art bathtub and shower. It also has a double vanity and enough space to achieve maximum comfort.

From all the spaces of this house you have access to large windows and balconies that offer an impressive view of the areas green of the same mansion and also the sea.

The exterior is enviable. It has a terrace with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, T-shaped pool, spa area and more to enjoy outdoors.
