The Argentine national team signed an agreement that will bring them millionaire profits for carrying out their preparatory matches for the Qatar World Cup in Abu Dhabi 550 .

This is an agreement that the Argentine Football Association (AFA) signed in London with the Abu Dhabi Sport Council, after winning the Finalissima match against Italy.

The collaboration agreement aims for Argentina to play its matches in the United Arab Emirates and thus obtain profits for both parties.

“After several months of joint work, today a long-term agreement has been consolidated that involves a friendly match of the Argentine National Team and the realization of various sporting events of Argentine Soccer”, indicates the statement published by the AFA.

“We are very happy to announce this strategic and historic agreement for our institution. Being able to transfer sporting events of our football to a destination like Abu Dhabi is important within the international expansion strategy that we intend. This agreement will generate new commercial opportunities for the institutions and for our Association. We welcome the Abu Dhabi Sports Council as a new business partner of AFA. We will work together to make this agreement something transcendent for Argentine soccer and that of Abu Dhabi”, said the president of the AFA, Carlos Tapia.
