The Attorney General of the Mexican State of Michoacán (FGE) sentenced a subject identified as Jorge Ernesto to 80 years in prison and payment of compensation for the damage. N”, for being responsible for Aggravated Kidnapping, committed against two men, in the municipality of Zamora.
According to the report of the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office, the 19 February 2019, the victim named Jorge Armando I., was at his home, located on Main Street in the town of Estancia de Amezcua, in the company of of his wife, when a group of people broke into the place and forcibly transferred him to an educational institution, where he was murdered.
“That same day, Jorge Ernesto “N” and his accomplices They deprived Juan Ramón C. of his liberty, who was found dead on Calle Privada de Los Laureles in the aforementioned town,” the report says.
After a long investigation, the Mexican authorities found the necessary evidence to hold Jorge Ernesto responsible for the violent acts, issuing a conviction against him and sentencing him to 80 years in prison, as well as payment of compensation for the damage.
