A video has caused great outrage on the internet that has gone viral in recent hours and was captured by a security camera in a barbecue restaurant in Tangshan, China, where you can see the brutal beating they received some women who were in the premises by some men who were harassing them.
The incident occurred last Friday morning; The video clearly shows a table where 4 women are eating quietly when suddenly, a man who was also in the restaurant approaches one of them and puts a hand on her back.
The woman complains about his attitude and removes the man’s hand from her but he insists and continues harassing her, to the point that he slaps her for not allowing her to touch him; she, surprised by what happened, tries to defend herself from the attacks.
Suddenly, a group of men are seen entering the restaurant to attack and beat the woman and the other girls who were with her at the table, pushing them to the ground and kicking them, one of them even throws them chairs.
Images taken from outside the restaurant also showed how the assailants drag the woman who had initially rejected the man out of the establishment and beat her violently while most of the passers-by and customers of the restaurant stare.
The alleged assailants left the scene after the event and some of them fled to According to the authorities, they had all been arrested on Saturday.
It also transpired that 2 of the women suffered minor injuries and others were n hospitalized but stable.
The Tangshan Government promised to “severely punish the attackers, make justice with the victims and maintain social order” after the incidents, reports the Xinhua news agency.
