The Kazakh boxer Gennady Golovkin began to heat up the fight against Saúl “Canelo” Álvarez with some forceful statements, in which he affirms that he is capable of knocking out the Mexican.
The media dispute between both opponents have already started, and so far it is Golovkin who has hit the hardest.
In an interview with the newspaper Marca, he even dared to call Canelo Álvarez “the pajama club” , his manager and trainer, Eddy Reynoso and promoter Eddie Hearn.
He also assured that he is focused on winning the fight, because he knows Canelo’s weak points, taking into account that he has already fought twice with the Mexican.
