The tender work carried out by officials of the Fire Department of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, after rescuing a puppy with symptoms of suffocation and heat exhaustion has gone viral on social networks.
Bruce, a bulldog, who was on the street was saved by officials, who did not hesitate to help him in the face of suffocation and heat exhaustion due to high temperatures.
According to information reported by Telemundo 51, the Fire Department received an alert call from a person who had found the animal lying on a sidewalk and stated that he could barely breathe.
Unfortunately, Bruce’s owner had become homeless and for this reason could not support him, however, later from the viral video and thanks to an English bulldog rescue foundation in St. Lucie, Florida, the little one now has a new family.
According to National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts, throughout this week there has been a stifling heat wave that has been felt in the upper Midwest states and the north of the Great Plains will move south and southeast.
Specialists predict that, for this week, at least one 51% of the US population is under temperatures of 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
