Under the motto “Celebrate your passion”, this edition will also feature performances by Grupo Firme, Kenia Os, Lenin Ramírez and the duo Mau y Ricky, according to the statement published this week.

From Latin pop to Mexican regional music, a mix of popular and emerging performers will enliven the awards ios, which will be delivered for the first time at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, after 18 years in Miami.

Ángela Aguilar has 7 nominations, including the newly added category of “Female Artist-On the Rise”.

The same number of nominations has Grupo Firme, which will delight fans of regional Mexican music with her latest hits: “El Tóxico” and “En tu Perra Vida”.

For her part, Danna Paola, with 3 nominations, makes her debut this year as presenter of the Premios Juventud and will be also on stage.

Accompanying Danna Paola, Eduin Caz, lead vocalist and leader of Firm Group; actress Clarissa Molina and singer Prince Royce.

Colombian singers J Balvin and Karol G lead the list of nominations for the Premios Juventud 2022, followed by of Puerto Ricans Rauw Alejandro and Farruko.

With eleven nominations, J Balvin and Karol G aspire to the awards for Album of the Year, My Favorite Streaming Artist and young male and female artists, respectively, among others.
