The renowned American actress Alyson Hannigan has decided to put up for sale a mansion in Encino, California, which she has owned since 2016.
The property has entered the real estate market at a cost of $18 million dollars. If the sale is achieved with this initial price, Hannigan would obtain a high profit since she paid only $8 million dollars for the place in 605.
But This property will not only attract the attention of future buyers for having belonged to the actress since 2016, but also because of the list of films in which they have made a cameo and recorded scenes.
Before Hannigan bought the property there was already been part of several films, series and commercials such as ‘Fractured’, ‘Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD’, ‘Fun with Dick and Jane’ and a Hyundai commercial with Kevin Hart.
When the actress from 48 years ago he made the purchase he had no plans to continue renting the place to more productions, but he did. The change of mind was thanks to the fact that his neighbor was the director of the series ‘This is Us’, a hit on NBC.
Finally Hannigan, based on the quality of the series, agreed to use the property for the sixth and final season of ‘This is Us’. The mansion became the dream house that Kevin Pearson built for his mother.
The house has an extension 7,605 square feet distributed in five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, media room, office, gym and other amenities .
In addition to the main house there is a guest house and a garage with capacity for three vehicles.
