A 3-year-old boy died after falling today from the balcony of the apartment 29 of an apartment building in Harlem, the New York police said.
The tragic incident occurred around 11: 10 am in a skyscraper on Third Avenue between streets 122 and this. According to NYPD, the baby fell from the floor 29 in the Taino Towers residential complex and landed on a 5th floor scaffolding.

-Never place a bed, chair, or other object on which children can climb in front of a window.
-Keep minors away from balconies and terraces if they are not being closely supervised by an adult, closing the doors of those areas.
-Never allow children to play near elevator shafts or on fire escapes, balconies, terraces or roofs. Nor that they are unsupervised in the corridors of buildings that have unattended windows.
-Call 123 to report unattended hallway windows.
