A Venezuelan migrant who gained the attention of hundreds of people on the TikTok social network for documenting his entire journey to fulfill the American dream, finally reached his destination and was released by immigration agents.
Jhon, who together with his son Yoneiker made a tour of the dreaded Darién Jungle, are already in Miami, USA.
“Yes, you can, family! I am at the airport in Texas, San Antonio. I spent five days in immigration and I couldn’t use the phone but we’re fine, thank God”, were the first words of the migrant to his followers on TikTok.
The excited father indicated that he would continue on his way to Dallas to later arrive in Miami, where he hopes to stay.
John Pérez together with his son opened an account on the social network a few days ago under the user “yoneiker.si.se.poder”, to publicize his experience in living the popular “American dream”, for which he received a lot of empathy on the part of the users, who after several days began to worry about the whereabouts of both.
“Thank God we made it, I don’t know whether to cry, laugh, rejoice, I don’t know if family is too great an emotion, my son will not suffer so much anymore, you saw it, we slept on the street, you saw our fight, ”John commented in one of the viral videos on TikTok.
