Eight officers were caught shooting dozens of times to kill an African American identified as Jayland Walker, aged 16, who began running to escape a traffic control, Akron, Ohio police reported.

At a press conference on Sunday, Akron Police Chief Stephen Mylett described the footage as “shocking” and “difficult to see”.
