During the conference on the reconstruction of Ukraine in Lugano, Switzerland, Truss will present the UK’s plans to support the country in the short term, through humanitarian aid, but also in the longer term term, to revive the Ukrainian economy, said his ministry in a statement this Sunday.
Above all, London will support the reconstruction of the city of kyiv and its region, at the request of the Ukrainian president, Volodimir Zelensky, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Military aid package to Ukraine

The Wednesday, the British government had announced a new package of military aid to Ukraine, worth 1,000 million pounds ( $1,210 million dollars), which will include anti-aircraft defense systems and drones.
