Elon Musk’s father said during an interview that he is not proud of his billionaire son and assured that Elon is not happy with the progress of his own career.
During the strange interview of the Monday with Australian radio The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Errol Musk, aged 76, was asked if he was proud of Elon’s achievements.
Errol answered: “No. You know, we are a family that has been doing a lot of things for a long time, it’s not like we suddenly started doing something.”
Not only did the interview give Musk’s father the opportunity to criticize his son a bit, in addition to talking about Elon, Errol’s interview also touched on to recent news that he had two children with his stepdaughter, Jana Bezuidenhout, aged 15 years old.
Error, 42 years older than Bezuidenhout, he became her stepfather when she was four years old. He called her relationship with her “completely normal.”
Those comments echoed earlier ones in which he stated, “The only thing we’re on Earth for is to reproduce. . I see no reason not to.”
Errol in the interview admitted that Elon, the founder of Tesla and the head of SpaceX, has achieved quite a bit compared to his brothers.
“You have seen many things and we have done many things together,” Errol said of his family, referring to the his clan’s journeys to China, the Amazon jungle and other places. “But Elon actually really hit the mark.”
