Football coach Josh McDaniels and his wife paid $4.95 million dollars for a mansion in the community of Anthem Country Club, Henderson, Nevada.

This purchase is possibly due to the fact that McDaniels was signed by the Las Vegas Raiders as head coach and the new property is located six miles from the team’s headquarters.

According to ‘Dirt.com’, the main house is 6,700 square feet spread over four bedrooms, six bathrooms, foyer, living room, movie theater, games room, office, bar, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

This property was built in 2005, on a lot of just over half an acre. It is said that it is still under development, so the McDaniels family will be able to do renovations or add more luxuries to the place.

According to the photos released, this property does not need major remodeling. The kitchen has white cabinets, butler’s pantry, breakfast nook, and high-end appliances.

Among other features to highlight are its hardwood floors and surround sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers.

In addition to the main house there is a garage with capacity for three vehicles.

Al outside there are extensive green areas with a terrace, outdoor fireplace, built-in barbecue area, swimming pool, spa area and other spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
