Anthony Edwards was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head inside a parked car in Queens.
The body of Anthony Edwards, of 36 years, inside a vehicle in Beach 38th Street near Norton Avenue around 10 Sunday am.
Emergency medical services officially pronounced him dead at the scene, but it is unclear how long he had been inside the car. Edwards lived a few blocks from where his body was found, he noted Pix11.
Police have not released any information about the gunman or a possible motive of the crime. No arrests have been made. Less than 24 hours later, yesterday morning a young woman from 24 years died after being shot on a street also in Queens. He was one of eight people who were victims of armed violence in a dramatic streak in that county and Brooklyn, between Sunday night and Monday morning.
