amber-heard-tried-to-include-johnny-depp's-alleged-erectile-dysfunction-in-her-trial

Over the weekend, 6 000 pages of legal documents related to the defamation trial between Johnny Depp and his ex have been made public Amber Heard for an article she wrote in 2018 presenting herself as a victim of domestic violence, and which gave the actor the victory.

As incredible as As it may seem, the legal battle between the couple could have been much more sensational if each of the parties had managed to get all the evidence they presented accepted. Part of those documents stated that Johnny Depp suffered from erectile dysfunction that infuriated him and supposedly led him to vent his anger against the actress, especially when he came home after spending the night drinking with friends.

“Although Mr. Depp prefers not to disclose his erectile dysfunction, such a condition is absolutely relevant in the context of sexual violence (within marriage), including Mr. Depp’s anger and the use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard” , reads a document sealed last 28 March.

Amber’s legal team claimed that this problem caused him agitation and was the reason why he would have assaulted his then-wife by penetrating her with a bottle of liquor. This accusation was heard during the trial when Amber took the stand to recount the mistreatment she had suffered during her romantic relationship.

Johnny Depp’s lawyers, for their part, tried to use some photographs of nude Amber taken during her stage as an exotic dancer, but the interpreter’s defense objected, alleging that they were “incendiary and irrelevant” statements that were intended only to insinuate that she had worked as an escort.
