Cristiano Ronaldo does not live good hours at Manchester United and a video released days after his last Premier League match against Southampton makes it clear again due to the “rude” that the Portuguese would have made to a journalist It recently went viral on social media.
In the run-up to the match against Southampton on matchday four of the Premier League, Ronaldo was training and had a curious incident with his former teammate and English friend Rio Ferdinand.
The trust between the two as a result of having coincided at Manchester United led Cristiano to play a prank on him by pouring water on his shoes while Ferdinand was live in front of the cameras; this was enough for the striker and the former defender to merge into a hug.
The controversy came when Cristiano also approached to greet another of his former teammates, Paul Scholes and a historic rival such as Peter Crouch, ex-Liverpool, completely ignoring the journalist Linsey Hipgrave.
In social networks they did not overlook the detail and there were many who questioned Cristiano Ronaldo for not even having addressed a greeting to the panelist who shared with the English legends at the foot of the pitch.
The curious thing is that the gesture came just a week after an almost identical action in which Cristiano Ronaldo did not greet another ex-soccer player such as Jamie Carragher after he criticized the scorer’s situation in Manchester United.
