fifth-harmony's-normani-asks-$3.9-million-for-sherman-oaks-mansion

The American singer Normani Kordei has put up for sale a mansion in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, California, which she bought two years ago.

This property entered the real estate market at a cost of $3.9 million dollars. If the sale goes through, the singer who was part of Fifth Harmony would receive a significant profit, since she only paid $3 million for the place.

The property for sale was built in 2020 so it has quite modern designs and spaces that justify its price.

The main house has an extension of 4,800 square feet distributed on two floors with six rooms, six full baths, foyer, living room, theater room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and other amenities.

The open-style kitchen is quite spacious with a large center island with white marble that combines with the light tone of the cupboards. It is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances.

In the main room there is space to have a small living room. It also has a dressing room and a private bathroom with a bathtub and a large window that overlooks green areas.

The movie theater has comfortable white furniture, its walls are gray and the big screen is sure to attract its new owners to spend nights inside the place enjoying their favorite movies.

There is also a terrace on the property with a dining room, living room, fireplace, barbecue area and other ideal spaces to celebrate and hang out with family or friends.

Normani began her career very young, passing through The X Factor program at 2012 and later becoming part of the band Fifth Harmony alongside Camila Cabello, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane Hansen. He is currently preparing his first solo album.
