This purchase was made months after having included a mansion in Beverly Park, California, on the real estate market, at a cost of $87.5 million dollars.

The information was released by ‘Las Vegas Review-Journal’. The post also makes it known that the two-time Oscar-nominated actor bought this land from retired motorcycle racer Ben Bostrom.

Bostrom and his wife are said to have purchased this lot in two parts, spending a total of $9 million. By selling it for $15.6 million dollars they have managed to obtain a significant profit.

At the moment there is no information about the projects that Walhberg and his wife Rhea Durham want to develop in the place, but some media presume that they will invest a lot of money to build a mansion just as impressive as the one they are selling in Beverly Park.
