A man in Michigan was recently accused of offering him $10,000 dollars to another to kill a woman.

Last Wednesday, Clifton Terry III, of 31 years, was criminally prosecuted for the failed plan to murder the female, in November 2020, outside a apartment complex in Sterling Heights.

The day before the shooting, Terry III texted Andre Sims of 16, about renting a pickup truck from Hertz and instructed him to meet him in Flint.

The prosecutors in the case being heard in federal court indicated that Terry ended up offering him $2,500 to the hitman.

The shooting was captured by security cameras. Sims hit the victim three times, whose identity is unknown. Although he received treatment at a hospital, the female was not seriously injured.

On the day of the attack, Terry and Sims went to the victim’s home. Hours later, Sims used a different van to get to the parking space in front of the woman’s home. The man then fired between seven and eight shots as the victim walked to his SUV that was parked in front of his house, according to the Detroit Free Press report.

Subsequently, Sims abandoned the vehicle in a apartment complex nearby and Terry picked him up in the rental van.

Terry III, a rapper Nicknamed “Cliff Mac,” he was charged with conspiracy to commit murder for hire resulting in one person being injured, murder for hire resulting in one person being injured, and using a firearm during a violent crime.
