The victim of 28 years old, who lives in a first-floor apartment with her husband and young son, collapsed after a section of concrete gave way at her feet in the bathroom of her home on 1204 Shakespeare Ave., Highbridge neighborhood.
She was rushed to the hospital, but fortunately she was not seriously injured. Her husband told ABC News that the victim remains under observation for heart problems. Upon being discharged, she was unable to return home, because the Department of Buildings (DOE) sealed the apartment.
