Almost two years after the death of Argentine star Diego Armando Maradona, a video in which the legend’s ‘ghost’ allegedly appears during an interview has given much to talk about on social networks.
It happened in Scotland in connection with an interview with Dundee United caretaker manager Liam Fox after he took over the team for the sacking of Jack Ross who lost 0-9 to Celtic FC last weekend.
In the video that was widely shared on Twitter, it can be seen how a player with an impressive resemblance to Maradona appears in the background.
In fact, both the trot, the appearance and even the height is similar to the look that the Argentine legend showed in 1986, in the World Cup that with his goals and assists he helped his country achieve.
There are many who claim that the video could be staged, but others believe that the figure of ‘Diego’ manifested himself to make it clear that he is still present despite his death on 25 November 2020.
Neither the interim coach nor the Dundee United club have offered information about who the mysterious character that appears in the background of the audiovisual is or if there was no one present on the field at the time of the interview.
