Sharon Stone has shared that she was dumped by an old flame after she refused to get botox.
Speaking to Vogue Arabia, while also posing for a stunning cover shoot, the actress confessed that while she’s had the procedure in the past, it all came to a halt after a very bad experience.
“There were periods in super fame when I got botox and fillers and stuff, and then I had this massive stroke and nine-day brain bleed,” Sharon told the magazine.
Since then he changed the way he looked at cosmetic surgery and what once it was a “nice luxury” for her, since it became “a kind of massive and painful neurological need”.
However, the trauma of the incident also distanced her from her then partner. And it is that Sharon Stone reported that she was in a relationship with a younger man that ended with her after she refused to receive botox injections to fade the wrinkles on her skin.
“It would probably be very good for your ego and mine if I did,” he recalled telling her. “I saw him one more time after that and then he wasn’t interested in seeing me anymore,” she said.
Due to this, the actress known for starring in ‘Basic Instinct’ has preferred to celebrate her age. At the end of last July, she shared a topless bikini image on Instagram in which she wrote: “Fortunately imperfect on a perfect day.”
