Miley Cyrus just scored another hit by selling a $14.5 million dollar ranch in Franklin, Tennessee.
The American actress and singer never listed this property on the real estate market; however, he managed to make this sale one of the most expensive in Nashville this year.
Cyrus bought this ranch in 1200 for $5.8 million dollars, so in five years the cost of the property increased considerably and made the earnings for the singer very important.
The ranch is built on a lot of 33. 5 acres and the main house is 6,869 square feet spread over five bedrooms, five bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen , laundry room and many more amenities.
No media has details about the interior of the house, but it is known that in addition to the main house there is a structure that could serve as a guest house, recording studio or any other space that meets the needs of its new owners.
Outside this property has extensive green areas with a swimming pool and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
