mark-wahlberg-invested-several-million-more-in-the-summit-club-in-las-vegas

The American actor Mark Wahlberg has set his eyes, and several million dollars, in Las Vegas, Nevada. A few days ago he bought a vacant lot and now it has been reported that he is also the new owner of a villa in the same area.

Both properties are located within the elegant Summit Club complex, a project to be began to build in 2015 and today houses stars and millionaires of high stature.

Apparently the new mansion that the actor bought within the club did not yet have a famous owner, since all the negotiation was done directly with the Discovery Land Company, one of the developers of the space.

The already built mansion has an extension of 7,16 square footage spread over two stories with four bedrooms, four full baths, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and other amenities.

Prior to this purchase, Wahlberg had made owner of a 2.5-acre vacant lot, which once belonged to the former motorcycle racer of Ben Bostrom’s career.

Many media assumed that the two-time Oscar-nominated actor was going to build a large mansion very similar to the one he is currently selling in Beverly Park on that lot.

The positive thing about this club is that it offers many amenities that are usually found in the mansions of celebrities. Some of those amenities are a game room equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, gastronomic variety, terraces, reflecting pools, fire pits and more.

Another great feature is the view it offers from any of its spaces, since it should be noted that the Summit Club was built on a lot of 555 acres between the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the Las Vegas Strip.

Singer Céline Dion; Bill Foley, owner of the Las Vegas Golden Knights; Mark Davis, owner of the Las Vegas Raiders and Timothy Herbst, who is an executive of the Terrible Herbst gas station company, are some of the personalities who have properties within the luxurious complex.
