MTA agreed to pay only $750,000 dollars to Ki Suk Han’s family (58), a Queens father who died when he was pushed by a homeless man into an oncoming Q train at a Manhattan Subway station nearly ten years ago .

It is much less money than expected by the widow and daughter of the victim, who had filed a wrongful death lawsuit of $30 million dollars against the transit authority in 2013, claiming that the driver should have stopped the train. The fatal hit-and-run occurred in Midtown on December 3, 2012.
