The US National Hurricane Center (NHC) reported this Friday that the first hurricane this year in the Atlantic was formed from tropical storm Danielle, however it assured that it does not represent a danger to land.

According to the US NHC, Storm Danielle is moving slowly west near 1 mile per hour (2 km/h), with maximum sustained winds near 75 miles per hour (120 km/h) , and that according to the institutions could become stronger in the coming days.

Danielle will be over the open sea for the next two days, and then turn towards the northeast of the Atlantic early next week , as detailed by the National Hurricane Center.
