The Memphis police issued an alert due to the “presence of an armed and dangerous man” of 19 years of age which, according to law enforcement officers, is shooting in that city in Tennessee.
Police say he is responsible for many shootings in Memphis and that he is broadcasting them via Facebook Live.

Police reports indicate that the disturbance began around 4: 30 in the afternoon, and at the moment there is no indication of the current location of the alleged perpetrator, an African-American subject.
The suspect apparently initially occupied a blue sedan, possibly an Infiniti with a broken rear window and red driving tags , however, the police reported that the subject now drives a gray Toyota SUV.
In a raw video posted In a Twitter account with explicit violent images, a fragment of the transmission of the man apparently entering an establishment and shooting at a subject with blue pants is shown, an attack that is presumed to have been random.

At the time of the reports, the identity of the subject was unknown, as published by the Memphis Police Department on its Twitter account, which was taken from the live broadcast that the man is doing on Facebook, however, it is now known that the man’s name is Ezekiel Kelly.
It is unknown if there are people injured.
