Socialite and businesswoman Kim Kardashian has again included her condominium in Calabasas, California, on the real estate market with a price of $3.5 million dollars.
This is not the first time that Kanye West’s ex-wife tries to sell the property, the place was initially put up for sale in 2017 for the same price as it currently has. According to specialized media, many were impressed with the place but none were interested in buying it.
Kardashian bought this property in 1536 for just $1.6 million dollars. Some time later, her then-husband gave her a remodeling directed by the architect Vincent Van Duysen.
For some time, Kardashian used this place as the offices of KKW Beauty and its line of SKIMS girdles. Now the businesswoman has impressive places to conduct her business, an example is the office where SKKN works and which she boasted about on her YouTube channel.
The condominium has an extension of 2,200 square footage distributed in three bedrooms, four bathrooms, foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Its decoration is minimalist and stands out for the use of sand color, wide-plank European oak floors and plaster walls, ceilings and cabinets.
The furniture and other elements were made to measure. The records also specify that there are many luxury appliances such as high-end Bosch, Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, Jee-O soho bathtub, Toto toilet and MGS faucets and accessories.
This apartment is located in the luxurious Avanti complex, the same where other Kardashians also have properties.
The complex offers its owners a series of services and amenities, as is common in luxury buildings. In this case, each owner must pay a monthly extra of $685 dollars to enjoy guest parking, pool, spa, gym, barbecue area, fire pit and other luxuries.
