The long-awaited fight between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will not finally take place because the latter did not meet the deadline to sign the contract.
The ‘Gypsy King’ had put him a time limit for his British counterpart to sign the agreement. The deadline was until Monday afternoon, but Joshua decided not to answer the call.
Through his social networks, Tyson Fury published several videos detailing the ultimatum he gave Joshua , and having no answer, decided to reject the offer for the fight.
Initially Joshua had accepted the challenge of fighting Fury, but he did not end up meeting the deadline.
In the contract the ‘Gypsy King’ offered him to Joshua a 60-40 from the bag of combat to accept the offer. However, nothing materialized.
In addition, Fury took advantage of the window he opened on social networks to insult Joshua for not accepting the challenge.
“Joshua is officially out. Forget it, idiot, coward, shit, bodybuilder… he always knew. I always knew you didn’t have what it takes to fight Gypsy King,” Fury said.
