hispanic-wins-$27-million-in-superlotto-plus-lottery;-surprise-everyone-with-what-he-will-do-with-his-prize

A man of Hispanic origin named Silvestre Zarate, who lives in Ventura, California, was the winner a couple of days ago of a prize of $27 million dollars in the SuperLotto Plus lottery.

What has caught the most attention in this story was the confession that this Hispanic made regarding what he will do with his money.

The man, who opted for a single payment, received a total of $15, 2 million. “I am very grateful for this award,” he said, and said that when he saw on the news that someone had won the award and he looked at his ticket, he couldn’t believe it. “I almost passed out,” he told the California Lottery.

The Hispanic bought the winning ticket in July, at a liquor store located in the Californian city of Oxnard, where he went to buy a cold drink and was encouraged to try his luck, since he played the lottery only occasionally.

The man also indicated that he already knows what he will do with his prize… and he has not exactly thought about giving himself some luxuries.

Zarate indicated that a large part of the money will be used “in necessary things” to his life and the rest he will give to his daughter “for her education, university and her future”, according to the ABC 7 network.
