The screenwriter and comedian Larry David, known for being one of the creators of the successful series ‘Seinfeld’, has just bought a new mansion in Montecito, California, for $7.6 million dollars.
This purchase occurs shortly after the 75 year old American sold a property in the same area for $6.9 million dollars.
Apparently Larry David was so interested in the new property that he agreed to pay $600,000 dollars more than the initial cost with which this place entered the real estate market.
The mansion was built in 1917 and is currently preserved in perfect condition thanks to a series of renovations that have been carried out in recent years.
The main house has an extension of 4,300 square feet distributed on one floor with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, hall, living room, living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom washing machine and other amenities.
In its interior, several details stand out, such as high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, built-in furniture, gold-painted walls, wooden floors, and more.
The kitchen has white cabinets, ceramic countertops and a central wooden island that serves as a breakfast bar.
The main room has enough space for a large bed, a living room with a fireplace, a dressing room and a private bathroom.
From all the spaces of the house you have a view of the outside, which has with extensive green areas with terrace, outdoor dining, bonfire and more ideal spaces to enjoy with friends and family.
