Led by Mexican Carlos Vela, the Los Angeles FC team beat the Portland Timbers 2-1 this Sunday and became champion of the MLS Supporters’ Shield, which rewards the most consistent team of the season in MLS .

With a goal of impressive class, Vela put LAFC to the win minutes after the complement of the game resumed after 0-0 in the first half.
