On Sunday afternoon there was a shootout in the municipality of Zapopan in the state of Jalisco, between a group of gunmen and escorts, which left one person dead and two others injured, according to the police of the demarcation.
The events took place in Plaza Andares at approximately 5: 00 in the afternoon. Some videos that circulate on Twitter allow you to hear the detonations and see some people in the area trying to take shelter.
Later, the Zapopan police confirmed the death of one person and two injured individuals. In one of the recordings, a man can be seen outside a black truck shooting at what appears to be the top of a building.
After the inspection of the place by the authorities, ballistic vests were found with logos referring to a criminal group and not to any institution as some reports had indicated, however, they did not reveal which one it is.

The Jalisco Security Secretariat reported through its Twitter account that a “security event” had been recorded in a commercial area on the avenue and indicated that the authorities were already working in the area.
Users of social networks were able to capture the actions on video from high points, which makes it possible to see some armed aggressions. According to local media, people who were nearby had to seek refuge in nearby stores and premises.
In addition, through the different recordings you can see several stopped vehicles that were used by hooded people as shields against the exchange of bullets.
