The property initially entered to the real estate market at a cost of $12 million dollars, but was recently lowered to $10.8 million dollars.

The luxurious penthouse belonged between 2008 to 2012 to Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Connelly and her husband Paul Bettany. They both paid $7 million for the property and ended up selling it for $8.49 million dollars in an off-market deal.

It is not known if the property has undergone any type of remodeling or if its price increase is only due to the passing of the years.
