The technology tycoon, Elon Musk, has proposed again to buy Twitter for the price that he had originally offered, which was $52.20 dollars per share, according to the Bloomberg portal.
According to testimonies from people who asked not to be identified because it is confidential information, Elon Musk would have presented the proposal in a letter to Twitter.
After Bloomberg released the news that the millionaire plans to continue with the purchase of Twitter, the company’s shares rose by 15%.
It should be remembered that Musk had already planned to buy the company, valuing it at $44 one billion dollars. However, a few weeks later he changed his mind and began to withdraw his agreement.
Because of this, Twitter sued Musk with the intention of forcing him to make the purchase.
Twitter and Elon Musk were scheduled to go to court this coming 17 October.
