italian-justice-requests-again-the-extradition-of-brazilian-robinho

The Italian Justice wants to specify whether or not the extradition of former soccer player Robinho, who was sentenced to nine years in prison for sexually abusing an Albanian woman from years in Milan with a group of friends in January of 2013.

Wanting to extradite to the Brazilian is one of the goals of Italian justice, so much so that this has been the second time they seek to fulfill it. However, as it is a country that does not allow extradition, it has allowed the soccer player to take refuge for more than two years.

However, it has been known that in recent months there have been contacts between the two countries and, according to the Italian agency ANSA, the Brazilian authorities have been able to provide information on the whereabouts of the Brazilian.

In this way, the Italian Supreme Court confirmed its request so that the Brazilian can serve the sentence of nine years decided by the Court of Milan and confirmed by the Court of Appeal. In which his friend Ricardo Falco and four other people who were not identified are also involved.

It is important to note that what happened with Robinho, his friend and the other group of men, occurred when he was serving with his contract with AC Milan and where he was considered one of the best soccer players of that time.

Now, it should be expected that this request will pass despite the fact that the Brazilian authorities cannot deliver to the former soccer player, since they are not allowed, but that at any time they could find a way for Robinho to serve his sentence.
