The television host Adamari López and the singer Luis Fonsi got married in 2006 and lived a deep love story. However, four years later everything came to an end and they divorced, although the Puerto Rican stressed that there would be nothing she would like to change from her past, not even erase the experience she had during the separation they went through, and that separately both have said it was complex.
“Fonsi was at a very important moment and helped me get through a difficult stage in my life and I will be grateful for that all my life, so at that moment it was part of my medicine, part of my recovery and I appreciate it,” López said in an interview with ‘Séntese Quien Pueda’.
In turn, the presenter of ‘Hoy Día’ added that at this stage she feels good with her and with everything she has achieved to date, at the same time that she stressed that with her age she accepts and loves herself, while she puts aside the negative parts.
“What I am is at peace, I am calm, I am still me, I think that part of the girl that everyone has known, but also with the maturity of a woman of 51 years who has lived many things, who accepts me, who loves me, who values me, who I respect myself as a woman and I think that’s what there is now“, she commented to ‘Lucho’ Borrego.
Alaïa Costa López’s mother revealed that in certain circumstances of life each human being is fond of himself despite the complex moments that come to everyone. At the same time, he mentioned that they are always important to be able to continue advancing.
“I believe that life has cycles in which one falls in love with oneself, goes through some difficult paths, lives as a roller coaster and you meet again. I think they are cycles of life in which they make one grow, make one flourish”, he added to the aforementioned program broadcast by UniMás.
Borrego also took the opportunity to consult him about his treatment with Toni Costa, the little girl’s father, while saying that the differences that have existed so far are put aside so that Alaïa is not harmed.
“I don’t know if there is a magic formula, what we do understand is that the girl has to be fine, that the girl is our priority and that none of the things that have happened between the two of us in Personal terms of him and me are going to affect that space that we share with her“, he explained.
