The Munich Court ratified this Wednesday the sentence against former German soccer player Jerome Boateng, and found him guilty of the physical attacks committed against his former partner.

The former player must pay a fine of $1.2 million dollars and his judicial process will remain on his criminal record.

The ruling of the Munich court continues the appeal filed by the player against the first conviction made in 2021 for the mistreatment reported by her ex-partner and mother of her two daughters.

In that sentence they sentenced Bo intend to pay $1.8 million dollars to his partner, as a result of the mistreatment.

The Munich Court considered that the former soccer player insulted, hit and even bit his girlfriend during a vacation to the Caribbean in the 2018.

During the attacks it would have caused several wounds on the face and other parts of the body.

The plaintiff had assured during the trial that the soccer player continued to insult and attack her after a strong argument while she was already lying on the ground.

Boateng admitted there that they had had a heated argument in a luxury vacation home, but denied having hit his ex-partner.
