David Bonola, a Mexican arrested in April on suspicion of stabbing to death and then dismembering the body of his married lover in Queens (NYC), pleaded guilty today to the crime.
Bonola, 44 years old, had already confessed before pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter for the murder on 16 April Orsolya Gaal (51), whose remains were placed in a hockey duffel bag and thrown in a nearby park after the fight at the victim’s house.
The detainee was captured in a surveillance video transporting his victim’s severed body to Forest Park, where it was found hours later by police following a trail of blood. Under his guilty plea, he faces a sentence of 40 years in prison at the sentence set for 16 November, said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz, quoted by Daily News.
