Fiske Terrace, which located just below Prospect Park, has long been one of the most expensive areas in New York City for prospective buyers, but this year the median home price dropped $1.65 million to $905 thousand dollars.

It is still considered one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city of New York, but this year it ranked 45 instead of ninth on the list.

Taking into account all New York City boroughs, the Brooklyn and Manhattan areas continue to be the highest priced at despite the recent drop in home prices in Fiske Terrace.
