A month ago Pablo Lyle was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández, of 63 years and Cuban origin, in events that date back to 2019.
This decision was made in the trial by Judge Marisa Tinkler Mendez, after several hours of deliberation by the jury that was made up of six Miami citizens.
Lyle is yet to be sentenced, but could face a maximum sentence of up to 15 years in prison. The new hearing was set for the next November in order to address, in addition, the motion presented by the plaintiff for a new trial.
Pablo Lyle and Juan Ricardo had a traffic incident, in which the Mexican punched Hernández, who died four days later in the hospital.

Since Pablo Lyle’s house arrest, his wife, Ana Araujo, has sought to maintain her privacy, however, a few days before the sentence that the actor will face is determined, Araujo has decided to share a message on her social networks.
The young published an image where the interior of his house is observed, and accompanied it with the phrase, “invoking universal love”, with the mantra “Radhe Radhe Govinda Govinda Radhe”.
Although they had left or rumors that Ana Araujo would have separated from Lyle during these legal circumstances, the young woman was finally seen with Pablo at the time it was decided that she was guilty of the death of Juan Ricardo Hernández.
He even kissed Lyle goodbye before he went to prison.
