The Italian justice is looking for all the necessary ways to achieve the extradition of Robinho, a former Real Madrid and AC Milan footballer. However, a new attempt has been denied by the Brazilian authorities; because we are dealing with a country that has prohibited extraditions.

It is important to note that the Italian Ministry of Justice requested the extradition of the former soccer player, who was sentenced to nine years in prison for gang sexual violence against an Albanian woman in 2013. Decision based on article 5 of the Federal Constitution of 1988.

Due to this fact, the Italian justice has wanted to carry out the imprisonment of the former Real Madrid and AC Milan player. In addition to his best friend Ricardo Falco and four other people who were not revealed.

It should be noted that Robinho is currently in his country clandestinely, since he is clearly prohibited from being seen on the streets of Brazil due to the same extradition request from the Italian justice system.
