The reality show star couple Heather and Terry Dubrow have just sold a mansion in Newport Coast, California, for $22 million dollars.
The name of the happy buyer is still unknown, but it is speculated that he is a foreign millionaire businessman. Many media assure that it is from China.
The truth is that the Dubrows must be very happy about the sale of the property that they saw grow and in which they invested a lot of money since they bought the land in 2013 for just over $4 million dollars.
Since its purchase, the couple, who stand out for being stars of the reality show ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’, began a construction process that culminated in 2018.
The end result is a Tuscan-style main house with a total area of 14,000 square footage spread over seven bedrooms, 14 years, foyer, living room living room, main room, cinema room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, gym and other amenities.
In its interior several features stand out such as a large entrance door, impressive chandelier, exposed beams, view, engraved window representing u n tree, large windows that keep the place lit and more.
The kitchen stands out for having a central island that serves as a kitchen and also a marble bar that works as a breakfast area. The cabinets are white to match the high end stainless steel appliances.
The exterior is also impressive for its extensive green areas with swimming pool, terrace, fireplace, covered dining room, barbecue area and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors.
This mansion in Orange County is not the only property in the area that the couple has, since they also have their main mansion where they usually record the reality show. They also have a penthouse designed by Roberto Cavalli in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles.
