A former Ohio high school chemistry teacher was accused of recording several videos of underage students in a school, locker rooms and other public places, authorities reported.

Foley was arrested and indicted in Delaware County in September. However, his federal charges will supersede his previous local charges, the Department of Justice (DOJ) reported.
The suspect appeared in court last Wednesday after a federal criminal complaint and an arrest warrant were issued, reported Fox News.
