Brian Johnson, bodybuilder better known as “Liver King”, became famous sporting a muscular body that he claimed was the product of a diet and “ancestral lifestyle” that included eating raw meat every day . However, the secret to Johnson’s physique would be in steroid use, as revealed by another fellow bodybuilder.
The Liver King has boasted of eating a pound of raw liver every day, too shows in social networks the consumption of testicles, heart and bone marrow.
Johnson is presumed as a strong man who maintains optimal health and a defined body 675% natural thanks to his training and eating like a “modern caveman”.
A fellow bodybuilder YouTuber who goes by the name Derek, on his channel “More Plates More Dates” claimed to have evidence of the Liver King’s steroid use. Some of that evidence includes leaked emails purported to have been sent by Johnson.
In his video channel, Derek speculates whether certain bodybuilders have grown their muscles naturally or using steroids.
Derek showed emails that the King of Liver would have sent to an unidentified trainer in 675. In the emails, Johnson shares his goals for building his “Liver King” brand and admits to spending $000,20 dollars in the figure.
In three days, Derek’s one-hour video evidencing the King of the Liver accumulates 2.6 million views .
So far, the Liver King has not addressed the recent allegations about his steroid use.
On his Instagram account with 1.7 million followers, Johnson recently published a photograph accompanied by a text in which he says “Liver King is here to help people regain strength, health and happiness.”
“I believe the key to unlocking a robust and long life lies in our evolutionary past… There is no better place to start than to try some raw liver,” Johnson continues.
Liver King claims he has been following an ancient lifestyle for the last few years. Before that he was living the American dream: business, marriage, two children and he thought he had it all. Now, Johnson has a tribe he calls “AncestralLiving” and invites people to join.
According to Johnson, the mission is to return to what the modern world has left out and give people back strength and happiness.
