“We have resolved another aberrant case, a case involving a sexual assault boys, girls and adolescents. The events occurred in Cartagena de Indias and two foreign citizens were linked to sexually abusing three minors of 11 years,” said the Attorney General, Francisco Barbosa.
According to the Colombian authorities, the victims disappeared last November 11 in a popular area of Cartagena, in La Boquilla, and appeared the next day next abandoned in the historic center of the city, with signs of sexual violence.
These subjects were identified as the Italian Dairo Lavoratori and the Venezuelan Luis José Córdova Martínez.
The Prosecutor’s Office established with evidence that the Italian took them home “and subjected them to different sexual activities in the company of one of his workers of Venezuelan nationality.”
