Since Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan got together and returned to the ring, Guns N’ Roses became, in a way, the resistance of rock in a millennium in which big bands are conspicuous by their absence. Now, in the middle of their world tour, fans from all over the planet celebrate the strength and talent that the three display in their shows that last around three hours and in which they review their greatest hits. However, the experience was very different for a fan, who assures that she was injured in the middle of the concert they gave at the Adelaide Oval stadium, in Australia.
As Rebecca Howe told various Australian media, was one of the thousands of people who attended the show on Tuesday night, and ended up with a broken septum and a face covered in blood.
“I wasn’t even right in front of the stage, and it was the last song, ‘Paradise City,'” the woman recounted. And she continued: “Then, Axl Rose took a bow and threw the microphone from him into the crowd. Immediately, I felt a blow right on the bridge of my nose.”
