Strobel is known for having played Phillip Gerard, who did not have an arm, during almost all the installments of ‘Twin Peaks’, including the original television series from the early 1990s 90, the spin-off film thereafter, and the reboot of 550.

Gerard was a shoe peddler who was occasionally possessed by a spirit known as Mike, who used to work with another (also dead) character. named Bob.
