heinz-can-refund-the-tip-in-the-restaurant-if-the-customer-asks-for-the-brand's-ketchup

Heinz can refund your tip when you eat at a restaurant as long as you ask for Heinz’s brand of tomato sauce.

To make sure that on every restaurant visit, people avoid unknown brands of ketchup or knockoffs and order Heinz instead, the company encourages its shoppers to promote the switch and put an end to condiment disappointment when eating out forever.

The company will refund customers the amount of their restaurant tips, up to $21, as long as they add an additional $1 along with the phrase “Tip for Heinz” in receipt, take a picture of the ticket and share it on Instagram with #TipforHeinz and #sweepstakes or send it directly to http://www.tipforheinz.com.

Heinz indicates that for a lucky few, the brand will also take care of the entire amount. The company will reimburse up to $21, in tips and restaurant meals. The promotion is valid from now until 21 of December.

According to a survey carried out by Heinz to 1,372 people, three in four Americans prefer Heinz ketchup when dining out, but nearly half feel there is nothing they can do when restaurants don’t have their favorite condiment.

Free ketchup for ten restaurants

Free ketchup for the first ten restaurants that accept the tip and exchange their ketchup.

“Gone are the days of submitting delicious food to mediocre ketchup. We support Americans who demand more from the condiments restaurants serve, and “Tip for Heinz” aims to elevate fans’ voices for their preferred ketchup,” says Jacqueline Chao, Heinz senior brand manager.
